As the sun drops behind the horizon, Diamond Head lights up in gold and the Honolulu skyline begins to sparkle. Keep an eye on the water too. Spinner dolphins, sea turtles, and, in season, humpback whales make surprise appearances alongside the boat. On Friday nights the cruise runs a little longer so everyone gets a front-row seat to the Waikiki fireworks show.

Your Time at a Glance
- Check-InArrive at Kewalo Boat Harbor 15 minutes before departure. Our crew greets you with an aloha, checks IDs, and runs a quick safety briefing. Shoes come off before boarding.
- DepartureWe cast off (5:30 PM in winter, 6:15 PM in summer). Grab your complimentary drink, meet your fellow guests, and feel the ocean breeze as the DJ sets the mood.
- SunsetThe boat lines up for the Diamond Head sunset. Cameras out, the sky turns to fire, and the city lights flicker on across the shore.
- Party TimeThe DJ turns it up and the dance floor fills. Drinks flowing, music going, ocean all around.
- Fri FireworksOn Fridays, we hold position on the water for the Waikiki fireworks show, cocktails in hand.

Standard cruises run about 2 hours; Friday fireworks cruises run about 2.5 hours. Times are approximate and shift slightly by season and conditions.
What to Bring & Wear
Shoes come off before boarding for safety, so flip-flops or slip-on shoes are ideal. Clean grip socks are fine too. It cools down once the sun sets, so a light jacket is a good call, especially in winter. Please leave large bags and outside drinks at home.
Where to Meet Us
Ocean & You departs from Kewalo Basin Harbor, just a few minutes from Waikiki at 1125 Ala Moana Blvd, Pier D, Slip 111, Honolulu, HI 96814. There is no hotel pickup, so plan to make your own way over. Rideshare (Uber or Lyft) is the easiest option, and parking near the harbor is limited, so give yourself extra time and arrive early to check in.
Good to Know
- Adults only: this is a 21-and-over cruise with a bar atmosphere. Bring a valid photo ID for boarding and for the bar.
- First drink is on us: every guest gets one complimentary drink ticket, with more available at the bar. Ask about the Endless Refill Dream Cup upgrade.
- No swimming: this is a party cruise, not a snorkel tour, so there is no swimming on this trip.
- Book ahead: a minimum of 10 guests is needed for the cruise to sail, and Fridays and special events fill up fast, so reserve early.
- Rain or shine: cruises run in most weather. If conditions are unsafe we will reschedule or cancel and let you know.

Your ticket covers the two-hour cruise, a live DJ and dance floor, and one complimentary drink ticket. Additional drinks are available at the onboard bar, and you can upgrade to the Endless Refill Dream Cup if you want unlimited pours on eligible drinks.
How do the discounts work?

When can I see the fireworks?
The Waikiki fireworks show happens on Friday nights, so book a Friday sailing to catch it from the water. Friday cruises run a little longer to give everyone a great view.
Is there hotel pickup?
No. The cruise departs from Kewalo Basin Harbor and you make your own way there. Rideshare is the easiest option since harbor parking is limited. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure to check in.
What should I wear?
Dress for a night out that you can dance in, and bring a light jacket for after sunset. Shoes come off before boarding for safety, so slip-on shoes, flip-flops, or clean grip socks work best.
